Affordable Homes® as a concept is not a new development but rather has evolved over time. The main concern of Affordable Homes® is to provide functional purpose built single family dwellings for Nigerians, based on clients’ budget. With the massive deficits and non-existent mass Housing development policy, the populace will need to define and determine its own Housing plan. This is what Affordable Homes® seeks to do.

LAND/SITE ACQUISITION
Individuals wishing to build their house must have acquired a plot or plots of land. All land related matters as regards community levies and taxes as applicable would have been paid or completed to allow for work to commence on site

DESIGN-PLAN-LAYOUT
We provide clients with our design portfolio representing the options available based on their set budgets. For a group, a custom design will be created to meet with the needs of the group.


CONSTRUCTION PROCESS
This refers to all stage processes of the construction from foundation to roof completion, this process will be documented via a standard project schedule.



COMPLETION-HANDOVER
This involves all completion and site clearing activities prior to handover to client.

Finish Options

Affordable Homes® programme allows subscribers to design their houses to suit their personal preferences. Homes can be delivered in the following finishes:

SHELL UNITS/FINISH
These are unfinished units delivered to owners as describe and stated in the options lists. The units are mostly completed structures without fixtures and fittings.

STANDARD FINISH
Standard finishes are fully completed buildings with finishes and specifications as specified in the options list.

CUSTOM FINISH
The custom finish are specified by the owners, specific materials and finishes are detailed in the options list.
